AJ Software Development was founded by Anthony Jackson — a software professional with over 25 years of experience spanning banking technology, enterprise document management, Sage X3 ERP, and now AI-powered consumer applications.

Anthony began his career at Alliance Leicester and Santander, spending 10 years in financial technology before moving into contracting. He then spent 7 years in V1 business support — delivering V1 document management, EDM systems, and Sage X3 integrations — before transitioning fully into Sage X3 as a specialist covering support, installs, managed services, and the technical side of full implementations.

Today, that depth of enterprise experience is being channelled into building the next generation of AI-powered mobile and bespoke software applications.
